- May – September Arrivals: Cancellations/ Changes outside of 10 days prior to arrival $20 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled or made within 10 days of arrival have a nonrefundable deposit, excluding Senior Week reservations (See Senior Week Policies). All changes and cancellations must be done during normal business hours of 8 am to 4 pm. No changes to reservations or cancellations will be processed after 4 p.m
- Rates are based on the number of people allowed per room.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Minimum required on Weekends & Holidays.
- Balance due upon arrival (cash or credit card only, Credit card holder must be present with photo i.d no exceptions).
- Guest is responsible for making parking arrangements for oversized vehicles and trailers or second vehicles.
*NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE PERMITTED IN MOTEL without the parent/legal guardian signed permission.
Security Deposit / Processing Fee: For any guest 23 & Under are required to pay a cash deposit ranging between $200 to $500 depending on room type and number of guests per room.Security Deposit will be sent back within 10 days after check-out minus $50 processing fee.
Advance Deposit: First Night +tax & fees required to hold all reservations. Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder’s name who appears on it; We do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into motel. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Hospitality Fee $4.99 per night. Smoking: All Of Our Rooms Are Non Smoking! Guests found smoking in the rooms of the Motel property will be asked to leave with no refund and a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking is allowed on patio sun deck and on the walkways.
Pets: Pets are not permitted onto any part of motel property.
Discounts: Black out dates apply and discounts may be discontinued at any time and may not be combined.
Other: Grills, electric griddles and any other electronical cooking items not provided by motel are not permitted on property.

We offer daily towel replenishment & trash removal between 10a.m til 2p.m.Full stay over service can be purchased for $10.No Refunds for Early Checkouts or Evictions!
Cash Key Deposit : A cash security deposit of $10 per key is required for all guests at check-in. This refundable deposit will be returned when keys & remotes are turned back in on day of check-out date by 11 a.m. This deposit will be forfeited for guest checking out after 11 a.m, when there is damages or stolen property, or unregistered visitors.
