Security Deposit / Processing Fee: For any guest 23 & Under are required to pay a cash deposit ranging between $200 to $500 depending on room type and number of guests per room.Security Deposit will be sent back within 10 days after check-out. This is amount is not included in your total stay but is collected day of check in. Out of each security deposit a $50 processing fee is automatically deducted. Security Deposits are refunded back within 10 days after check out to the guest that reservation is made in, provided there is no damage to room,this includes linens or any of the motel property or room eviction. Security deposit will be forfeited for excessively dirty rooms, damaged motel property or evictions. Portions of security deposit will also be forfeited for damaged motel linens at a cost the motel determines. If Security Deposit is forfeited or any part forfeited for any reason, the remaining will also get sent back to guest the reservation is in.
Advance Deposit For Senior Week June Reservations: All Senior Week reservations require a one night deposit plus tax & fees required to hold all reservations. For the advance deposit we accept only Money Orders. Remaining balance can be paid prior to arrival by money order or at check-in, remaining at check-in can be paid by cash or credit card or debit card in guest name only, credit card holder must be present with photo i.d.The advance deposit amount is not a security deposit, it is a deposit used to hold room and deducted off total stay.
Cancellation/Change Policy:
- Cancellations/ Changes: All deposits for Senior Week have a 21 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled outside the 21 days prior to arrival will be charged a $50 plus tax, reservations cancelled or reservations made within the 21 days of arrival deposit will be nonrefundable. Refunds can take from 7 up to 30 days.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed on any part of motel property. Any guest trying to sneak in unregistered guests will automatically be evicted and security deposit forfeited. Guests may only be in room they are registered to.
- NO GUESTS UNDER 18 ARE PERMITTED IN MOTEL without parent/ legal guardian signed permission.
- Anyone misrepresenting themselves on a reservation, whether it be whom the room is registered to, the age of the occupants, etc, will not be allowed to check in, or will be evicted and will forfeit all monies paid.
- Daily Housekeeping service is provided & required; Do Not Disturb signs are not allowed during Senior Week. Motel Management also reserves the right to inspect rooms on a daily basis without warning to insure no damage has been done to room, and to make sure linens and trash are taken out.
- No Drugs & Alcohol on Motel Property. No smoking in rooms; No Disruptive behavior including, but not limited to damage of motel property, loud noise, vulgar language, slamming doors, loitering in hallway, abusing amenities, yelling from patios, etc. No Grills, hot plates or any other cooking items not provided by motel are not permitted on property. Must have photo I.D. at check in and to re-enter motel.
- All rates subject to change without notice. Rates do not include 6% state and 4.5% room taxes & $4.99 per night hospitality fee. We are a Family Motel. No subletting. Sorry, no pets. Reservations will be held until 10 pm. Please call if arriving late. No bicycle storage permitted in motel or guest rooms. Parking is limited to one space per room rented. Checking Out later than posted time will forfeit security deposit. Loitering inside/outside of motel prohibited. If motel policy mentioned in this letter is violated, it will result in eviction from motel and all money paid including security deposit forfeited. Motel Management also reserves the right to evict any person for any reason listed.
- Violations of any Motel policy will result in eviction from motel and all money paid, including security deposit, will be forfeited.
- Due limited space no trailer parking available on the property (car,boat,motorcycle).
- Cash Key Deposit : A cash security deposit of $10 per key is required for all guests at check-in. This refundable deposit will be returned when keys & remotes are turned back in on day of check-out date by 11 a.m. This deposit will be forfeited for guest checking out after 11 a.m, when there is damages or stolen property, or unregistered visitors.
Please Keep in Mind Motel Property is older Property & Pricing Reflects Budget Style Motel! We are able to offer cheaper rates due to us offering standard rooms with out the extras. We offer daily towel replenishment & trash removal between 10a.m til 2p.m. Full stay over service can be purchased for $10 add’l.
