*Rooms with one double bed require a Security Deposit of $200, two doubles and two queens require Security Deposit of $200. Apt. requires a Security Deposit of $500. Security deposits should be paid in cash upon arrival and refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damages to room and no violations of motel policies.
*NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE PERMITTED IN MOTEL without the parent/legal guardian signed permission.
